Peter Livingston Williamson was born in Newton, Kansas. He was the son J.L. Williamson and Chrissie H. Groome Willamson and was a brother of the late John, Georgie, Bert, Asa, Nathan G. Williamson and Anna G. Williamson Molzen. The Williamson's were one of the pioneering families of Newton, Kansas. Pete Williamson became a real estate dealer in Long Beach. He was a member of the Long Beach Board of Realtors. At the time of his death at age 81 he was survived by his widow, five children, 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and two sisters (Mrs. Addie Reeves of Springfield, Mo. and Harriet Middleton of Wichita, Ks.) Dilday Family Funeral Directors handled the service. He and his wife, Adelaide had celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
