Fred W. Schultz plead guilty to petty larceny before Justice of the Peace C. M. Linnens today and was assessed a fine of $5.00 and costs, fine and costs amounting to about $13.00, which he paid. When arrested Schultz had a great many Santa Fe tools in his possession.
