Washington Lunn Hoskinson

Wash L. Hoskinson, 81, Burrton, died Thursday Oct 7, at the Halstead Nursing Center. He was born Nov. 9, 1894 in rural Burrton and married Mary Frances Osborne Jan. 23, 1916 at Burrton. He was a retired farmer and lifetime resident of Valley Township. He was a mamber of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.

Survivors: wife, of the home; sons, Leon and Phillip Hoskinson, both of Burrton; Jack Hoskinson, Dickinson, Texas; daughter, Mrs.. Marie Moore, Wichita; brothers, Walter and Joe Hoskinson, Burrton; sister, Lura Hembree, Halstead; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. M

Memorial services were held Sunday Oct 10 at the church with the Rev. Larry Parrish officiating. Burial was in the Burrton cemetery.
