Obituary

Robert G. Baker, 56, former resident of Haven, died Tuesday morning, January 13, 1976 at his home in Wichita after a sudden illness. He was born March 11, 1919 at Burrton and married Shirley Christiansen. He moved to Wichita in the 1940s and was a buyer at McConnell Air Force Base.

He was a member of the Plymouth Congregational Church, Wichita; Masonic Lodge, Halstead; Shrine, Wichita and was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include the widow; daughters, Barbara of the home and Mrs. Sharon Bocchi, Dover, New Hampshire.
Funeral services were held January 15, 1975 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Parrish presiding. Burial was in the Burrton Cemetery.
