NEWTON - Roger L. Baker, 59, died Sunday (June 17, 2012) at his North Newton residence. He was born on Aug. 11, 1952, in Newton to Raymond L. and Naomi (Gibbons) Baker.
He is survived by his sons Kevin Baker, Brian Lehrman and Jason Espinosa; one brother Tony Drake; two sisters Regina Betz and Jolene Neufield; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday at First Missionary Church in Newton with Pastor Ray Adams presiding.
The family will greet friends following the service.
A memorial has been established to assist the family to help offset funeral arrangements.
Petersen Funeral Home in Newton is in charge of arrangements.
