Marian Hague

Marian Hague, 98, former registered nurse, died Wednesday (Oct. 7, 1998) at Presbyterian Manor.

She was born March 28, 1900, in Dresden to David and Mildred E. (Willson) Muirhead. She married Clarence Hague Dec. 27, 1926, in Hoisington. He preceded her in death Sept. 24, 1976.

She was a member of VFW Auxiliary in Newton, United Methodist Church in Canon City, Colo., and United Methodist Womens group. She was a graduate of nursing school in Norton.

Survivors include: one son, Allan Hague of Newton; two daughters, Ann Ratzlaff of Halstead and Beth Seyfried of Newton; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by four brothers.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Dresden Cemetery with the Rev. Glen Krebs from United Methodist Church in Jennings officiating. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Petersen Funeral Home.

Memorials have been established with Good Samaritan Fund of the Presbyterian Manor in care of the funeral home.
