Verda Darlene (Ramsey) Sloan
EVERETT, Wash. -- Verda Darlene
(Ramsey) Sloan, 69, died March 3, 1999, at Stevens Memorial Hospital
in Edmonds, Wash.
She was born April 9, 1929, in Newton
to Guy and Mable Ramsey. She married Harold Sloan in October 1949 in
Newton. He survives of Everett, Wash.
She attended Roosevelt Grade School in
Newton and was a 1947 graduate of Newton High School. She and her
family moved to Everett, Wash., in August 1968.
Other survivors include: one son,
Steven Sloan of Littleton, N.H.; two daughters, Cynthia Kelley of
Snohomish, Wash., and Marsha Eckberg of Clinton, Wash.; and four
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one
brother, Charles Ramsey.
There were no services.
