Henry Sultzbach

   Henry Sultzbach was born in 1835 in New York, Pennsylvania.  He moved to Ohio in 1854 with his parents.
He married Martha Ellis in 1861 in Ohio. 

   He had several children, and only one survives her father, Mrs. Maud Hunt.  In 1861 he joined the 17th Ohio Batteery for four years and was with Grant during Vicksburg with severe service.

   In the early 1870's he settled near the Centennial Methodist Church and joined that church when it was organized in 1884.  He knew how to guard his tongue using it only for god words.

   Burial was at Star Cemetery, one of the old pioneer cemeteries of most sacred memories.
