Theresa "Terry" Bockhaus, 86,
died Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Homestead of Halstead, Halstead,
KS.
She was born February 10, 1929 at
Holyoke Massachusetts to Joseph R. and Rose Alma (Provost) Dumais.
She was a homemaker and was Grandma
Terry the cook at the former Halstead Childcare Center.
On April 10, 1948 she married Arthur W.
Bockhaus at Chicopee MA. He preceded her in death October 15, 1998.
Survivors include son: Steve (Terri)
Bockhaus, Newton, KS; daughters: Rose Mary (Grant) MacDonald,
Greensboro, NC; Mary (Gerald) Wilson Halstead, KS; Karen (Dave) Doll,
Haven, KS; brothers: Omer (Jean) Dumais and Raymond Dumais, Chicopee,
MA; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a
son; Dale Bockhaus, and a sister Edna Weston. Friends may call from
2:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Kaufman Funeral Home,
Halstead, KS with the family present from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
The Rosary will be said at 1:00 p.m.,
with the Mass of the Christian Burial to follow at 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic church
Halstead, KS with Father Edmond Kline presiding.
Burial will follow at Halstead
Cemetery, Halstead, KS.
