Obituary
Jessie Wilma Robinson, 98, Newton,
formerly of Harveyville, passed away July 9, 2015.
Jessie was born to Edd and Bea Butler
on December 19, 1916. She married Orville L. Robinson, June 8, 1938,
they were married for over 71 years. Orville preceded her in death,
January 15, 2010. She worked for many years at the Harveyville
Elevator. After her retirement she and Orville spent many years
traveling and camping, and visiting friends and family.
Orville and Jessie are survived by a
daughter, Mina M. Coulter, Newton, and a son, Larry W. Robinson
(Abby) Coinjock, North Carolina. They were preceded in death by two
sons, Paul Leslie Robinson, and Richard Dean Robinson (infant), and a
son-in-law Robert Coulter. Other survivors include seven
grandchildren, Kathy Coulter (Jerry), Kevin Coulter (Linda), Leslie
Fitzmaurice (Phil), Michelle Robinson/Occhipinto (Cary), Ginny
Robinson (Mark), Paul Robinson (Jen) and Kimberle Robinson/Martin
(Kelly);13 great grandchildren and one on the way, six great-great
grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Services will be 11 a.m. today,
(July14, 2015) at the Harveyville United Methodist Church,
Harveyville. Jessie will lie in state at the Church from until
service time Tuesday. Contributions may be made to Asbury Park
