Robert T. Moreno Sr.
Obituary
HESSTON - Robert T. Moreno Sr., 55, passed away Dec. 23,
2013, at his home in Hesston.
He was born on Aug. 27, 1958, in Upland, Calif., the son of
Arthur and Margaret Borillas Moreno. He worked in the heating, air conditioning
and plumbing business.
He was a hard worker and committed to supporting his family.
He enjoyed socializing with people and making connections with others. He
rarely complained. The joy of his life was his children and most recently his
two grandsons. He taught and coached baseball and basketball and was very
supportive of family.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret Moreno of California;
one son, Robert Moreno Jr. of Hesston; one daughter, Julie Burnshire of Pryor,
Okla.; one sister, Davetta Butler of Hesperia, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
The family will greet friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday,
Dec. 28, 2013, at Hickory Homes Community Room, Hesston. A memorial service
will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, at the Gore United Methodist Church,
Gore, Okla., with Pastor Bill Buttram officiating. Inurnment will be at a later
date.
