Margaret Ann Brown
Margaret Ann Brown, 89, passed away on Wednesday (May 13,
2009) at home. Survivors include a daughter, Marilyn Corbin of State College,
Penn.; two sons, Steve Brown of Clearwater and Dan (Nino) Brown of Manhattan,
and their daughters, Amy and Alycia Yapp of Kansas City, Mo.; and brothers,
Kurt (Leota) Huebert and Jim (Mildred) Huebert, all of Halstead. She was
preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Frieda Huebert; husband, Harold F.
Brown; two sisters, Gertrude Gingrass and
Dorothy Ross; and a brother, Richard Huebert.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Resthaven
Mortuary, 11800 W. U.S. Highway 54 in Wichita.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with
Goddard Women's Club for special projects and with Harry Hynes Memorial
Hospice.
