Willis J. Reffner
Willis J. Reffner, whose home was near Whitewater, passed away this morning at two o'clock at the Axtell Hospital, following an illness of three weeks of diabetes.
Mr. Reffner passed away at the age of 58 years, 8 months and 13 days. He is survived by his widow and four children, Mrs. Edith Cochran of Wichita; Cecil L., of Richland township; William Arthur, of Newton and Elmer Theodore, who is at home. Besides these three grand-children, and three brothers survive him, John, who resided with his brother, Charles of Darlington township; Albert M. of Manitau, Okla. Three of his children passed away in infancy.
Funeral services will be conducted at the First Christian church by the pastor, Rev. Arthur Brooks, Monday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, and the M. W. A. of which he was a member, will conduct services at Greenwood cemetery.
