She was born May 29, 1934 at Atlanta,
KS to August and Gladys (Ratcliff) George.
She was a Burrton resident since 1964
and was a homemaker.
She was a member of Faith Community
Bible Church, Burrton.
On September 29, 1951, she married
James Melvin Armstrong at Atlanta, KS. He preceded her in death
October 22, 2020.
She is survived by her son: Drew
(Kaori) Armstrong, Burrton; daughters, Lora (Vince) Fisher, Burrton;
Teresa (Roger Harshbarger) Molina, Wichita; sister: Donna (Rolland
Broz), Wichita; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She
was preceded in death by a brother, Gene George and a sister, Norma
Kanitz.
Friends may call from 2:00-8:00 p.m.
and the family will greet friends from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May
12, 2021 at Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m.,
Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Faith Community Bible Church, Burrton with
Pastor Travis Heneha officiating.
Burial will follow at Burrton Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Faith
Community Bible Church in care of Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
