Hannibal White, 68, of 801 E. 11th died Saturday at the Halstead Hospital.
He was born Nov. 11, 1901 in Muskogee, Okla., the son of Nelson and Mildred White.
He was a retired Navy chief pharmacis mate. He served from 1920 to 1954 and was a member of the fleet reserve in Wichita.
Mr. White married Leola Anderson in Newton on Oct. 7, 1931.
In addition to his widow, survivors include 2 sons, Hanns Conle of Tacoma, Wash., and Earl of Hesston; 1 daughter, Mrs. Dona Wells of Newton; 1 brother, Holsey; and 2 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Greenwood Cemetery. The Rev. Nelson Rima of Hutchinson will officiate.
