Margaret Wimp was the daughter of Daniel Wimp and Rachel Welch of Meade County, Kentucky. Daniel Wimp is buried somewhere in Meade County, Kentucky and his date of death is unknown. Rachel Wimp is buried in Star Cemetery in Harvey County, Kansas. Rachel died between 1873 and 1875.

Margaret Wimp was first married to a Mr. Flora and had 2 children; Daniel Flora, born 1850, and Richard "Dick" Flora, born 1852, which were raised by Margaret and her next husband Joseph Fulton.

Margaret (Wimp) Flora (widowed) married Joseph B. Fulton on Dec. 18, 1854. Their known children were;

1. John Fulton, lived only a few days. Buried at old High Ground Cemetery at Hill Grove, in Meade County, Kentucky.
2. Rachel Fulton, married Charles Barnes, buried just to the south of her parents.
3. William Blant Fulton
4. James Fulton
5. Joseph Fulton
6. Ephraim Fulton
7. Charles Fulton
Note: All of the above mentioned Fultons are buried at
Hillside Cemetery except John and Charles Fulton. There is no further information on Daniel and Richard Flora at this time.
