To W. D. Anderson, Defendant:

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Harvey county, Kansas, by Daisy E. Anderson, who filed her petition in said court on the 2nd day of August, A.D., 1911, alleging that you have been guilty of gross neglect of duty and habitual drunkenness, and praying that said marriage contract heretofore existing between you and said plaintiff be cancelled and annulled; you must answer said petition on or before October 14th, A.D., 1911, or said petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered against you as prayed for in said plaintiff's petition.
