Morosco Ernest Nellans

He lived in Peabody until the age of eleven when he moved with his parents to Wichita. after three years in wichita the family moved to Newton. He lived in Newton until 1937, he married Ruth King and moved to California due to the economic conditions with the railroad at that time, he was a machinist. He had made quite a little business in California, and had built a comfortable little home in which he had installed running water and other comforts and he had erected an adequate irrigating system which was the means of producing for him fine vegetables and fruits. Besides accomplishing all this he had worked in a mine obtaining enough to maintain them thru the winter months and to make improvements to their home. Death came on May 3, at Los Angeles, following an illness of ten days of a blood clot on the brain.
