Obituary

Mrs. Sophia May Whiteman, 86, died Monday evening, August 18, 1975 at Bethel Deaconess Hospital following a long illness. Services will be conducted t the Whitewater Federated Church with burial in the Greenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Whiteman was born at Peabody, March 22, 1889 and married Lee Whiteman in February 1914. He died in October 11973.

Survivors: daughter, Mrs. Allen Dubois, Valley Center; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Lynch, Peabody; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
