Obituary

Edwin Edward "Susie" Buller, 98, died March 30, 2011 at Halstead Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born October 13, 1912 at Halstead to Henry and Anne (Koehn) Buller.

He was a lifelong Halstead resident, he retired as sales manager for the former American Coach Company of Newton. He graduated in 1913 from Halstead High School. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II in the Pacific Theater (Guam).

He was a member of First Presbyterian Church and Halstead Historical Society. He married Mary K. Woodworth at Halstead on November 18, 1941. She preceded him in death June 11, 2006.

Survivors: son, Steve Buller, San Jose, California; daughter, Beth (Roger) Bonjour, Fort Worth, Texas; sister, LaEva Janatz, Halstead and grandsons, Steve and Scott Bonjour. He was preceded in death by brothers, Lewis and Vernon Buller.

Graveside service was at the Halstead Cemetery with Rev. Irving Simon and Minister Kenneth officiating.
