Leland "Lee" Koehn, 58, Wichita, former resident of Halstad, died Sunday, November 9, 1986 at his home in Wichita. He was born October 23, 1928 in Goessel, the son of Albert and Mabel Buller Koehn. He married Alma Fuller December 15, 1979 in Wichita. He was a Baker Fluid Power Company employee.

Survivors: his wife, Alma, of the home; three sons, Kelly, Los Angeles; Wade, New Orleans, and Terril, Topeka; one daughter, Dawn Yonally, Shawnee, Kansas; two stepsons, Joe J. Macha, Maryland and Kenneth Macha, of Houston, Texas; a step-daughter, Laurie Jacobs, Wichita; his mother and stepfather, Irvin and Mabel Johnson, Halstead; a brother, Will Koehn, Fountain Valley, California; two sisters, Alma Ruth Miller, Winfield, Kansas; and Dorothy Koehn, Walton, Kansas and six step-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at the Cochran Mortuary Chapel, Wichita and graveside services were held Wednesday afternoon in the Halstead Cemetery, both with the Rev. Kenneth Smith.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
