Dorothy Mae (Talbott) Roth

Dorothy Mae Roth, 77, died November 29, 2007 in Newton. She was born October 11, 1930 in Jefferson County, Kentucky, the daughter of Charles Edwin and Mary C. Lancaster Talbott. She graduated from Halstead High School in 1949. A resident of the Newton and Moundridge areas moving from Arlington, she was the co-owner of Roth Motors of Arlington.

She belonged to the United Methodist Church in Moundridge.
She married Earl R. Roth in Halstead on September 25, 1949. He died June 12, 2006.

Survivors: son, Jim, Rockwall, Texas; daughter, Janet Moore, Newton; brother, Edwin Talbott, Halstead; two sisters, Mary O'Dell, Wichita and Mary Stubby, Hutchinson.
She had seven grandchildren and 15 great brandchildren.

Funeral service will be Monday at the United Methodist Church Moundridge with Pastor Faye Wagner presiding. Cremation has taken place.
