Mollie Lowe, 94, mother of Cameron Lowe, a resident of Regency Health Care Center, Halstead died Monday, January 1, 1990 at Frioendly Acres in Newton.
She was born September 15, 1895 at King City, Missosuri, the daughter of James M. and Ada F. Bowles Hall. She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Newton most of her life.
She married Fred C. Lowe December 31, 1916 at rural Newton. He died in October of 1982. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Newton.
Other survivors: two daughters, Teresa E. Menor, Oceanside, California; and Janice R. Hensley, Emporia; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services
will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday (January 5) at Peterson’s Funeral Home Chapel, Newton, with Rev.
Dan Waters presiding. Friends may call from 5:00 to 9
p.m. Tuesday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Newton. (c) HCGS.
