Boyce Hayden Arnett

Boyce Hayden Arnett, 66, Halstead, retired chemical salesday, died Monday November 29, 1993 at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita. He was born March 7, 1927 at Bedeville, Arkansas; the son of Charles and Ethel Arnett. He had been a resident of Halstead for the past eight years.

He married Irene McCart on August 29, 1987 at Halstead. He was a member of the Albert Pike Masonic Lodge No. 303 in Wichita and was a World War II army veteran.

Survivors: his wife of the home; one son, Boyce G. Arnett, Dodge City; two brothers, Henry and Roy Arnett, both of Newport, Arkansas; two sisters, Louise Grady and Jetta Ruth Grady, both of Tallulah, Louisiana and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, James Arnett, September 15, 1968.

Graveside services will be Thursday at Star Cemetery, rural Burrton. The Rev. Louise N. MacCanahan officiating.
