Obituary

Steve Batchelor, 42, Wichita, former Halstead resident, died Monday, November 20, 1995, at his home in Wichita.

He was born October 29, 1953 in Halstead, the son of B. J. "Pete" and Maxine Sumpter Batchelor. He was a 1971 graduate of Halstead High School.

He is survived by a brother, Robert Batchelor of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Graveside service was Saturday, December 2, in the Halstead Cemetery, with the Rev. James Mardock.
