Theodore T Becker

Theodore Tobias "Ted" Becker, 84, Moundridge, formerly of McPherson, died Friday, December 8, 1995 at Mercy Hospital in Moundridge.

He was born September 24, 1912 at rural Moundridge, the son of Tobias and Nettie Harms Becker. He was a retired custodian for Unified School District 418 in McPherson and had been a Moundridge resident for three years, moving from McPherson.

He was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Black Powder Club of Hillsboro.

On September 5, 1940, he married Evelyn J. Moulds at Halstead. She died July 31, 1984.

Survivors: daughter, Cheryl Brandsted, McPherson; sons, Michael L. Becker, Poquoson, Virginia; Mitchell R. Becker, Moundridge and Marlin V. Becker, McPherson; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral was Monday, December 11 at Ball and Son Funeral Home, McPherson. Burial was in the Halsted Cemetery.
