Obituary

Helen Beulah Miles, 89, Ashland, died Thursday, February 13, 1997 at Minneola Nursing Home. She was born August 7, 1907 the daughter of Henry and Anna Fry Rosenburger. A longtime resident of Ashland, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Christian Church at Ashland.

On October 24, 19225, she married James Arthur Miles at Wellington. He died September 27, 1965.

Survivorw: two sons, Glenn Miles, Ashland and Jim Miles, Laverne, Oklahoma; three daughters, Norma Leaf, Abilene, Bexas; Joyce Nichols, Shawnee Missiion and Helen Miles, Hays; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Funeral was Monday, February 17 at First Christian Church, in Ashland. Graveside service was Monday afternoon in Hillside Cemetery, Sedgwick, Kansas.
