Lois Lorraine (Hege) Griffith

Lois Lorraiine Hege Griffith, 91, died peacefully on August 26, 2011 after a short illness. She was born in Halstead, Kansas January 2, 1920, daughter of John Daniel and Nellie Leora Viersen Hege. On April 24, 1942, she married Thomas Hawks Grifith in Wichita. He died in 1982. He was cremated and his ashes were spread over places that he like to hunt.

She is suurvived by a son, Tom Griffith, Fayetteville, Arkansas and her daughter and son-in-law, Lesley and Robert Harrow, who live in San Migel de Allende, Mexico.

Services were held at St. James Church, 3750 East Douglas, Wichita on Friday, November 18. She was cremated and her ashes were buried in the Halstead Cemetery on November 18, 2011.
