Ruth C (Howell) Heller

Ruth C. Heller, 74, Hutchinson, former Burrton resident, died February 23, 1998 at Hutchinson Hospital. She was born April 4, 1923 at Burrton, the daughter of Melvin L. and Bessie Ann Barnes Howell.

She was a 1941 graduate of Burrton High School and a graduate of Adela Hale Business College, Hutchinson. She was a homemaker and bookkeeper and a longtime resident of Hutchinson.

On June 30, 1942, she married Nyle D. Heller in Hutchinson. He survives. Other survivors include two sons, Jon Heller, Muldrow, Oklahoma; and Carlton "Corky" Heller, Derby; brother, Melvin Howell, Bella Vista, Arkansas; two sisters, Vivian Armour, Hutchinson and Veva Navrat, Marion; seven grandchildren and five great grand children. She was preceded in death by a brother, Dan Howell.

Service will be February 26 at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson with Dr. Edwin C. Linberg. Burial will be in Burrton Cermetery.
