Gary Robert Bohn

Larry Robert Bohn, 56, Topeka, formerly of Halstead, died Wednesday, February 3, 1999 at his home. He was born July 31, 1942 at Halstead, the son of Kenneth Earl and Matilda Louise Tatkenhorst Bohn. He received a master's degree from Pittsburg, State College and taught graphic arts at Kaw Area Technical School for 30 years before retiring on December 7, 1998.

He was a member of Fairlawn Heights Wesleyan Church; SW Kiwanis; International Graphic Arts Association; National Education Association and the Kansas National Education Association.

In 1963, he married Vicky Sue Hall at Galesburg. She survives. Other survivors: two sons, Derrick Bohn, Tuttle, Oklahoma and Jared Bohn, Topeka; a brother, Gary Bohn, Baldwin, Missouri and three grandchildren.

Funeral was Friday, February 5 at Fairlawn Heights Wesleyan Church, Topeka. Graveside service was in the afternoon at Mount Hope Cemetery, Galesburg.
