Wilbert Dan Regier, 80, Wichita, formerly of Burrton, died Friday, October 29, 1999 at his residence. He was born May 24, 1919 at Burrton, the son of Ed F. Regier and Helen Dalke Regier Ratzlaff. A resident of Wichita since 1990, moving from Lost Bridge Village in Arkansas, he was a former Lyons and Hillsboro Co-op managere, and most recently, he was an International Agriculture consultant.

He was a member of First Mennonite Church, Halstead; past president of Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce; past president of the Lyons Kiwanas Club and a member of the Parklane Towers Board of Directors.

On Octoer 27, 1940, he married Cora Lee Hawkins at Anthony. She survives of the home.

Other survivors: son, Jarold Wayne Regier, Pompano Beach, Florida; three daughters, Barbara Kay Mize and Sandra Rae Regier, both of Wichita and Connie Mae Regier, Spring, Texas; two sisters, Evelyn Adler, Newton and Verda Johnson, Halstead; seven grandchildren and two great-great grand children. He was preceded in death by a brother, Edwin Regier.

Burial was Tuesday, November 23 at 9:00a.m. in the Halstead Cemetery. Memorial service followed onTuesday morning at First Mennonite Church, Halstead, wiith Pastor Cleo Koop presiding.
