As a young girl she moved with her parents to Kansas City, Missouri. She married Richard Henry, June 1888, one child Mae Elizabeth was born. Richard passed away in 1894, a few years later she married James L. McKeever, they lived in Kansas City until 1929 when they moved to Newton to live with their daughter and son-in-law.
