Cleatice I McDaniel

Cleatice I. McDaniel, 87, Newton, former Sedgwick resident, died Thursday, Janauary 25, 2001 at Kansas Christian Home, Newton. She was born November 23, 1913 at Altoona, daughter of John and Ellen Neal Bentley. She was a resident of Sedgwick from 1938 to 1999 when she moved to Newton. She was a homemaker.

On Februaray 14, 1935 she married Earl C. McDaniel at Wichita. He preceded her in death on December 26, 1985.

Survivors: son, Earl C. McDaniel, Jr., Valley Center; daughter-in-law, Shirley McDanaiel, Valley Center; two grandsons and a great grandxon and a great granddaughter.

Services were held Tuesday, January 30.2001 at Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead with burial in Hillside Cemetery at Halstead.
