Glenn Lewellyn Davis

Glenn L., Davis, 72, died Thursday evening, April 23, 1970 in Halsted Hospital of a heart attack. He was born July 6, 1897 in Burrton and was married to Minnie Hoskinson on April 19, 1928 in Hutchinson. He was a retired city clerk at Burrton. Glenn was a member of the Burrton Christian Church.

Survivors: widow; daughter, Mrs. Betty Haines, Jacksonville, Arkansas; sisters, Mrs. Frank Rife, Burrton; Mrs. Lily Nicholson, Newton; Mrs. Georgie Voise, Fairfield, Montana; three grandchildren.

Services were held Monday, April 27 at the church with Rev. David Fischer officating. Burial was in Burrton Cemetery.
