Marvin Paul Hoskinson

Marvinn Paul Hoskinson, 93, died December 26, 2006 at Mennonite Manor in South Hutchinson. He was a longtime resident of Burrton and Hutchinson. He is survived by his sons, David, Hutchinson; Bruce, South Hutchinson and Randy, Madera, California and daughters Janice Hagby; Rosalinnd Hoskinson; Joan Gray; Cheryo Nelson; Stella Pina and Rochele Hoskinson, all of South Hutchinson, numerous grand children and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Marvin and daughter, Lynn and two brothers, Harold and Marshall and two sisters, Birdie Jones and Donna Kunkel.

He was born September 25, 1913 in Watonga, Oklahoma to Howard C. and Daisy E. King Hoskinson. He graduated from Hutchinson High School where she was a Kansas state wrestling champion. He was a United States Army Air Corps Veterann of World War II.

He married Armetha Nance March 9, 1936 in Hutchinson. She preceded him in death.

He had retired from Cessna Fluid Power Division and was also a farmer.

Graveside services were held December 28 at Burrton City Cemetery with miliary honors conducted by the Forst Riley Honor Guard. Memorials to Hospice Care of Kansas.
