Lloyd L. Baughman, son of Mabel and William E. Baughman, was born September 27, 1903 in Hutchinson . He departed this life at the Halstead hospital, November 29, 1962 at the age of 59 years, two months, two days. At an early age, Lloyd moved with his poarents to Valley Township near the site of the present home.
Lloyd and Althea Mae Grubbs were united in marriage May 2, 1928. To this union were born five children, three of whom preceded him in death; Wanda Fern in 1940 and twins, Lou Beth and Larry Gene in 1943. His parents, one brother, Jesse and one sister, Margaret also preceded him iin death.
He is survived by the widow, Althea; one son, Wayne of ElDorado and a daughter, Mrs. Eileen Rapp, Hutchinson; 3 grandchildren and one sister, Wilma Chase, also of Hutchinson.
Mr. Baughman was a member of Pleasant Grove EUB Church and Masonic Lodge No. 182, Burrton.
Funeral services were Saturday at Pleasant Grove EUB Church with Rev. Earl Enyueart officiating. Masonic graveside services were held at the Burrton Cemetery.
