Obituary

   Cynthia A. Burnett, 60, died March 4, 2013 at Newton Medical Center.  She was born November 4, 1952 in Wichita to John B. and Frances Freeman Van Houten.  She worked in medical recoreds at Heartspring in Wichita.

   She is survived by two daughters, Judi Walton of Newton and Autumn Penner of Derby; one son, Michael Burnett Jr. of Illinois; one brother, John Van Houten, Colonial Beach, Virginia; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

   Graveside committal service will be Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Newton.
