Sarah Lucretia (Collier) McElwain

   Sarah Lucretia Collier McElwain was born in Tennessee in 1833.  She came to Kansas in 1885.  She married D.. M. McElwain in 1851.

   Survivors; eight sons; R.T.; Milt; Charley; J. E.; Ben; William; Walter; O.E. and one daughter, Mrs. Laura Bohanon. 

   All children were present at the funeral at the Christian church in Burrton, Kansas.
