Judith R. (Farquar) Carter

   Judith R. Carter, 66, peacefully passed September 24, 2013 at her home in Newton.  She was born November 26, 1946 in Newton, the daughter of Lewis and Lois Lochridge Farquar.  She was retired from Boeing, where she worked for many years as an expeditor.  A loving mother, grandmother, sister and companion, she will be deeply missed.

   Survivors: her companionn of 20 years, Mark Estes of Newton; daughter, Aileen Martin of Newton; two grandchildren, Ryan Furlong and wife, Ember of Wichita and Kristian Eldris of Newtonn and sister, Donna Rodriques, of California.

   Private family services will happen at a later date.  Petersen Funeral home is in chaarge of arrangements.
