Mrs. Flora Alice Gordon, Hutchinson RFD 1, died at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday [Oct 25] after an illness of two years.  She moved to a farm near Arlington in 1931 and then to Hutchinson in 1937 after the death of her husband, William E. Gordon.  She was born Nov. 12, 1873 in Jefferson county, PA.

She is survived by two sons, John William and George D. of 319 E Ninth; three daughters, Lillie Gordon of the home, Mrs. Leola Redenbaugh, Hutchinson RFD 1, and Mrs. Zella Siegrist, Hutchinson RFD 1; five brothers, George Pliler and Clyde of Sherman, Okla, John of Woodward, Okla., Elmer Pliler, Turon and James of Larned; two sisters, Mrs. Linn Taylor, Preston, and Mrs. Jane Taylor, Woodward; 11 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday [Oct 27] at the Elliott and Gard chapel with burial in the Burrton cemetery.  Rev. M. J. Duncan will officiate.
