Wynona I. Entz, age 79, died Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Wheat State Manor in Whitewater. She was born November 21, 1934 in Newton, daughter of Henry and Elsie Claassen. She was a graduate of Berean Academy and attended Grace Bible institute. On August 11, 1956, she married Walter Entz. They made their home near Whitewater on the farm. Wynona was a homemakeer and member of Emmaus Mennonite Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Eilene Doran; and her husband, Walter. She is survived by 4 sons; Stanley, Whitewater; Byron and Susan of Parker, Colorado; Gerald of Omaha, Nebraska and Lloyd and Jinny of North Platte, Nebraska; daughters, Annette Entz, Whitewater and Sharon and Roger Block of Benton; brother, Alvin Claassen and wife, Elaine of Whitewater; 14 grandchildren and son-in-law, Peter Doran.
Services will be held at Emmaus Mennonite Church, rural Whitewater on December 27, 2013.
