   Ervelle Browleewe, 69, died Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Newton Medical Center. She was born February 27, 1944 in Geneseo to Nathan and Isabella Pilot Miller.  She was a retired librarian.  Ervelle was a member of First Baptist Church in Newton.  She was an avid reader and had a large collection of teddy bears she enjoyed.

   Ervelle enjoyed eating out with friends.  She was an active member of Alpha Delta Kappa Assoc of Early Childhood Education and the Friends of the Newton Public Library.  After her retirement she volunteered in the children's department at the Newton Public Library and the library of several Newton area elementary schools.  She was an active member of the Harvey Co. Asso. of Retired School Personelle.

   Survivors: several nephews and many good friends.  She was preceded in death her parents and one sister.

   A private burial was in Restlawn Gardens Cemetery, Newton, Kansas.
