Irma Arlene (Dill) McGinn

Irma Arlene McGinn, 79, former Hertzler Clinic lab technician, died Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, Wichita.

She was born Feb. 1, 1935, at Halstead to Lysle Jay and Rosylee Blanche (Harris) Dill.  On Dec. 22, 1952, she married Patrick Henry McGinn at Wichita. He survives of the home in Halstead.  She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and Sacred Heart Altar society, both of Halstead. 

Other survivors include sons: Steve and Rick McGinn, Halstead; daughter: Jeanne Smith, Hillsboro; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a son: Brian McGinn; daughter: Linda McGinn; brother: Carl Dill; and a sister: Joyce Wilson.

The Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2014, and the Mass of the Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014, both at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Halstead, with Father Edmond Kline officiating.  Burial will follow at Halstead Cemetery, Halstead.  Memorials may be given to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, in care of Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
