Albert M. Sherry, 88, died Monday, July 14 2014 in Wichita. He was born September 5, 1925 in Northwest, Arkansa, to John and Alba Web Sherry. On March 19, 1957 he married Mary Jane Harwick in ElDoradoi and she preceded him in death on March 10, 1994.
Albert retired from the Flemiing Warehouse in Wichita after 30 years and he farmed in Northeast Harvey County. He greatlyy enjoyed his time on the farm and carinig for his animals, especially his horse, Sonny.
Survivors: daughters, Brenda and Richard Dickson of Newton; Julie and Les Tucker of Augusta; sons; Larry and Pat Sherry of Wichita and Danny Sherry of Furley; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Albert was preceded in death by his wife; parents and one son Harry Lowe.; two brothers, Richard and Burl Sherry and two sisters, Estelle Stamps and Elizabeth Coble.
Services were July 17 at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
