Obituary
Valerie Kay (Abbott) Kirchmer, 67,
passed away Feb. 5, 2016.
Valerie was born in Newton to Louis and
Florence (Lantis) Abbott on March 11, 1948.
She was a loving wife, devoted mother,
sister and grandmother. Valerie's family was of utmost importance to
her. She loved and excelled at sewing, cooking and gardening.
Valerie is preceded in death by her
parents and sister, Gail Bodholdt.
She is survived by her husband of 54
years, Larry, Wichita; children, Kristina Kirchmer, Wichita; Kevin
(Dawn) Kirchmer, Olathe; siblings, Connie (William) Huffman,
California, and Jeffery (Susie) Abbott, Texas; grandchildren, Bailey
Reid, Haysville, Benjamin Snook, Lawrence, Gavin, Kaylin and Sophia
Kirchmer all of Olathe.

The family would like to thank Valerie
