Burkhart Trouslot

Burkhart Trouslot, 75, retired flightline mechanic for Boeing, died Saturday (Sept. 2, 2000). He was born March 10, 1925, to Julius Charles and Elizabeth (Tingstrum) Trouslot. He married Dorotha Miller Feb. 3, 1951, in Wichita. She survives of Newton. Other survivors include: one son, Richard Burk Trouslot of Walton; one daughter, Linda Pearl Linder of Olathe; one brother, J.C. Trouslot of Sedgwick; one sister, Elizabeth Hill of Furley; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Jack Rutherford; and two sisters, Winifred Maixner and Jean Harrington.

Memorial services will be 2 p. m. Saturday at Baker Funeral Home in Valley Center with Chaplain Alfred Terrones of American Legion Post No. 2 of Newton officiating.

Memorials have been established with Newton Area Senior Center in care of the funeral home.
