Obituary
Debra Kay "Debbie"
(Dickerson) Ubert, 51, died Aug. 9, 2016, at her home in Wichita,
surrounded by her family. She lost the battle against cancer that she
had been bravely fighting for seven years.
She was born Feb. 19, 1965, in Newton,
the daughter of Bob and Donna Dickerson. Her mother survives. She
lived in Turon as a child and was a long-time resident of Wichita.
She enjoyed working at Dillehay
Orthodontics since the very first day she started in 1985. On Oct.
26, 1991, she married John Ubert. He survives.
She is also survived by two daughters,
Madison and Olivia; son Conner, OCP01 in the U.S. Navy; sister Denise
and her husband Kenny Applegate of Hutchinson; and brother
Mark-retired Sgt. Major-and his wife Cathi Dickerson of Sanford,
North Carolina. She took pride in her family and was so proud of her
children.
There will be no visitation and
cremation has taken place. Memorial service was held Aug. 20, 2016,
at St. Francis of Assissi in Wichita. A special thanks to Dr. James
