Barbara E. Burlingame
WICHITA -- Barbara E. Burlingame, 92, of Wichita, died Thursday at Kansas Masonic Home in Wichita.
She was born April 11, 1899, in Halstead to John and Catherine Stahlheber Berger. A Wichita resident for 22 years, formerly of Newton, she was a homemaker.
She married Charles Burlingame May 20, 1920, in Hutchnson. He died in April 1964.
She was a member of the Christian Church in Okeene, Okla., and the Order of the Eastern Star, Newton.
Survivors include two sons, Charles H. of Milford, Conn., and Loren D. of Hutchinson; a daughter, Eileen Williams of Haysville; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in Halstead Cemetery with the Rev. Rollin Hole officiating.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to noon Monday at Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
