Obituary: Donald D. Tyner
KS_Newton -- Donald D. Tyner passed away on April 19,
2013, at the age of 81.
He was born in Topeka to Morris and Beulah Tyner, the eldest
of six children. He also lived in Newton, Arvada, Colo., and Apache Junction,
Ariz.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Arletta; daughter
and son-in-law, Dawn and Paul Soper of Phoenix; grandson, Adam Soper; sister
and brother-in-law, Marjene and Jere Blier of Holton; brother, Alvin Tyner;
brother and sister-in-law, Darryl and Judy Tyner of Topeka; brother and
sister-in-laws, Robert and Donzella Shepler of Newton and James and Diane
Shepler of Harrodsberg, Ky.
A memorial will be held in the fall in Apache Junction,
Ariz. Memorial donations can be made in Don's name to Serenity House Hospice,
7227 N. 16th St., Ste 170, Phoenix, AZ 85020.
