Emice H. Hein

HILLSBORO - Emice H. Hein, 84, died Oct. 3, 2011. He was born March 15, 1927, to Henry W. and Tina Duerksen Hein. He was a farmer and member of the Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.

He married Lydia Adrian on Sept. 29, 1947. She survives with sons, Michael of McPherson, Kenneth of Durham and Eugene of Newton; sister, Viola Reeves of Haysville; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral 10 a.m. Friday at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church, Hillsboro. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Jost Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Memorials to the church.
